Orchard County Primary School PTA

Here in Orchard County we are blessed to have an extremely hard-working and well suported PTA. The committee meet on a number of occasions during the school year and plan events which they feel would be of interest to the community and the pupils. In recent years the PTA has held Summer Fairs, Table Quizzes, Film Nights and a Fashion Show. In the past the proceeds of these events have greatly assisted the school in purchasing educational resources. This year, all PTA funds are being used to finance educational visits for the classes.

The PTA's 'Cash for Clobber' Clothing Recycling Bank has arrived in school and is now available for use. The PTA will get £5 for evey 10kg of clothing and this will go towards their annual fundraising! The bank also encourages our families to consider the importance and benefits of re-cycling and is a perfect addition to our Eco-Schools work.
So get all those old clothes hunted out and leave them off in our bank. Every single item makes a difference and it doesn't cost you a penny!
