Author Declan Carville visits OCPS

P5/6 enjoyed an insightful workshop on story writing by author Declan Carville. He shared his experiences of becoming an author, how to create stories, the excitement that storytelling can bring and using ourselves to create characters. We were given lots of tips on how to plan stories and how to create ideas. We can’t wait to get writing and illustrating our own! Thanks also to AMMA who helped to cover most of the cost for this workshop.
