During Children's Mental Health Week, we focused on Take 5:
Monday- Take Notice- in class, we played iSpy. This is about paying attention to the present and our surroundings.
Tuesday- Connect- We led an assembly on how to be safe online.
Wednesday- Be Active- We did a classroom workout!
Thursday- Keep Learning- We learnt some British Sign Language for Incy Wincy Spider.
Friday- Give- We have been creating a love bug handprint for someone.
We also had some peaceful mediations, imagining a balloon floating along our favourite place. It was very calming!
