In maths we have been learning about 3D shapes. We looked at how many vertices, faces and edges various shapes had. Our topic this term is all about celebration and we researched how people celebrate Christmas across the world. We decided to make presents from 3D nets and placed a little surprise (sweet) inside each one. It was tricky to glue the sides together but we persevered and helped each other to create a wonderful present to give to someone at home. The presents were a fantastic way to remember why people give presents at Christmas time. Below you can see us in action and the final product!
