Jane the school counsellor encouraged Primary one to try out some yoga movements in their P.E session with Mrs Davidson, as a follow up to The Colour Monster story. They really enjoyed the session and played an emotions game to finish the lesson. Maybe Primary one could try out these movements at home too.
