P1 started their day with a story about a kind scarecrow and made a pop up scarecrow puppet. Meeting the animals at Blackberry Farm was so much fun and of course brushing the goat! Singing some songs made everyone feel good and then out to see the tractors and combine harvester. P1 also enjoyed a farm safety talk before constructing their own P1 scarecrow. Their day ended with some line dancing led by Miss Leonard which was amazing. Thank you to all our parents, grandads and friends who brought their vehicles to school to share such a wonderful day.
