We all loved our first Forest School day! We walked around the grounds observing the leaves changing colour and saw some falling to the ground. To stay safe, we learned about our whistle rules and boundary flags. Through exploring the are we found leaves of different shapes, sizes and colours; sticks which were thick, thin, straight and curved; seeds such as pine cones, acorns and helicopter seeds. We even found a daisy and a buttercup. We really enjoyed singing round a campfire and toasting our snack.
