Our new topic is A walk in the wood. We have been listening to fairytale stories and have enjoyed many practical tasks.The children have been using puppets as props in the classroom to retell these familiar stories, we painted our favourite characters and completed story maps for Little Red Riding Hood. Making and tasting porridge for the three bears was a highlight and investigating how to keep the porridge warm. We found that tin foil was best material to use.
