As part of our WAU P1/2 enjoyed a sensory walk outdoors in the school grounds. There were plenty of brambley and eating apples to be picked. Back in the classroom we peeled and stewed the apples and used our senses to smell and taste; 14 children liked the stewed apples and 9 weren’t so sure!
