Today we investigated coins and sorted them according to their colour and type. Primary one tell me they like the gold coins that the tooth fairy brings best of all! We enjoyed making amounts using 1p’s, and finished the lesson with a song 5 Currant buns in a baker’s shop. Maybe Primary one could play shop at home to practise their money skills. The class also made some imaginative money pictures on Friday.
