Today marked the final day of our Shared Education project with St Patrick’s PS. To mark it, we headed to The Palace Stables, Armagh for their Apple Week celebrations. We enjoyed four different activities which included apple craft, baking apple potato bread, apple pressing and a session on the journey of apples from source to supermarket. We went back in time over two hundred years to enjoy the activities! Though we’re very thankful our teachers aren’t as strict as the people back then! What a terrific ending to our topic!
