The P5/6 class are looking forward to being a part of the Rugby World Cup and are following the Ireland Team with interest. Our class enjoyed their first day with the Portadown rugby academy tutor, Alistair Toal. They listened well to his brief explanation of rugby rules, played a fruit salad game to introduce the touch element and then a tag game which they all enjoyed.
