This Wednesday,our class welcomed our friends from St Patrick’s for the first day of this year’s programme. We are looking forward to our research and science investigations on the Story of the Titanic.
We had an enjoyable presentation from the W5 Outreach team on Space and Science/Magic. These photographs show the children interacting in educational and fun activities which included, rockets propelled with ethanol, gyroscopic rotation, vacuum in space and its effect on flumps, flying chickens and my favourite, rockets using vitamin c tablets which were amazing.
Everyone enjoyed the day and we had time to get to know each other and share some interesting facts and thoughts about the Titanic.
