We were very busy today filling our planters. So many of the children were a great help digging, planting, watering and brushing up. We were learning to identify some of the plants - red and blue grasses, daisies, lavender and rosemary. Our favourite plant is called ‘big ears’ and we enjoyed feeling its soft, fuzzy leaves. We think the leaves look like big elf ears! Some of our buddies who are in the ECO club came to help us. Their help was greatly appreciated and it was lovely to hear their interactions with the children as they talked about how fun it is moving to P1!
