Primary one have been learning facts about hedgehogs this week. They know that hedgehogs hibernate during the winter and find hedgerows to make their cosy beds. Using clay Primary one modeled hedgehogs and found spiky sticks outside to make the hedgehog spines. They painted boxes in autumn colours and decorated them with leaves collected at Peatlands Park.
