We looked at features of winter and sang some winter songs. We practiced throwing and catching skills as we pretended to catch falling snow with scarves then snowballs with balls. Scarves were used to compare lengths and talk about colours and patterns. We had to listen to descriptions to find which scarf was being described and used our motor skills to tie our scarves. We listened to relaxing music to snowfall scenery.
