Today is pancake day so in P4/5 we began by reading the story 'The Runaway Pancake'. We then learnt how Pancake Day is celebrated the day before Lent begins. Lent is a time when Christians are getting ready for Easter. We then enjoyed making pancakes in class and adding all our favourite toppings...they were yummy!!!!
