P1/2 have been discussing keeping safe on the road, using pelican crossings and the job of the crossing patrol officer. They have been reading a big book entitled Out And About On The Roads and have been looking at a variety of road signs that keep them safe. P1/2 made their own STOP signs. Encourage your child to take notice of environmental signs when they are out and about, print is everywhere!
