This term we have been exploring weight during our numeracy lessons. We use cubes as a nonstandard unit to weigh things in our classroom. We can sort things into heavy and light and know when things weigh the same. We enjoy using the balance scales to discover heavy and light objects, and are developing our skills of sharing and working together in group.
